As far as global has released this will take a little time and per regulatory approvals..
with that once everything falls into place things will move right along..

global has stressed in some releases per pr's that they are seeking to trade globally on a 24 hour basis like bitcoin..
they have applied for listing on several exchanges to which they aren't on yet and australia is one I remember off the top of my head..

hence the liquidity split in my opinion...

many things still haven't been released yet as per Globals statement in pr's...
In time we will learn what they are but NDA's etc. prevent much information being released..to this I can only take their word for, so far they have been forthcoming in my view, not everything has happened to a T, delays etc. Kodakcoin as one example...
but that is beyond Globals hands..Time..patience
all will fall into place eventually one way or the other...
