this is the dumbest execution ever in the stock trading world that i've ever seen. the "ceo"s, one of em can't speak english, the other one...
any other ceo in the world would've left the stock run to $0.05-0.10, and then call northbridge, then the dilution woulda been 50,000,000-100,000,000 shares, not 2 billion.
