All the BS about Reg A filings and 1Q filings was nothing more than a tactic to lure traders in so BMIC could dump. The company helped BMIC to dilute by claiming these ridiculous claims as well as posting the SEC ruling on their Facebook page. They did that to try and mislead traders to thinking BMIC could not dilute more shares and to entice buying. This entire thing is one huge scam.
