OTCX is not a MM its and ECN platform where do you people come up with this shit. The shorts throw the 500k blocks at it and it is set to jump on the ask automatically. No sells to OTCX it gets off the ask after shares bought up.

Check where it is used for trading it has set block sizes and operate accordingly it will be short lived IMHO as MMs tire of it immediately jumping on the ask undercutting them, NITE for sure will not be pleased unless NITE is short shares.
