I’ve seen blatant dilution pits get billions in volume and stay at .0001 while this stock gets neglected. Quite possibly the most confusing stock on the OTC. But I believe it’s psychological based on the chart. It’s just assumed that it won’t ever break the channel unless it’s being pumped and dumped, when all that we need is for folks to BUY & HOLD. There’s no threat of a R/S, no dilution and no toxic debt. Absolutely no reason why this stock should be sitting here as if the company isn’t delivering contracts, increased revenues and bringing value to shares by minimizing new issuances.
