It's sister company JBZ$ will follow as the Chinese have a distinct, inexpensive and shrewd method of IPO'ing their tech and Healthcare companies in the US!

Like their sister company, the plan is the same, find a fairly clean OTC shell, perform a Reverse Merger, then a Reverse Split, move billions of dollars of assets into it and last but not least up-list to a major exchange!
