The prospectus was part of the form. Just because something is in legalese, it does not invalidate it. Many make that mistake with science, where uncertainties are emphasized. However, using that sort of language is actually far more certain than laypeople recognize.

It is from a share registration form. That is a fact. It is obvious to anyone familiar with them.
