Share structure question
Can one of you help me understand the share breakdown.
1. Why wouldn’t the number of restricted+unrestricted+DTC+float = the total issue?
2. What the heck is DTC held?
3. The float is under 10million. Those are the only ones available for public trading?? That seems crazy small considering the current pps. Am I misreading that?
