Did some interesting calculations regarding BMIC and the LAM settlement.

In December 2017, BMIC dumped 0 shares.

In January 2018, BMIC dumped 75M shares. Meaning they did not recoup much during the January pop.

In February 2018, BMIC dumped 623M shares.

In March 2018, BMIC dumped 518M shares.

All of those numbers can be found at otce.finra.org/monthlysharevolume

April numbers aren’t available yet, but we know volume on 4/3/18 was mostly BMIC so conservatively call that a 300M dump out of 382M total that day.

That’s puts BMIC having dumped 1.5B shares. If they averaged .0006 that would be $900,000 or essentially the amount of the LAM settlement.
