IMO watch VFIN, CANT, BMIC and VNDM on this one. All horrible.
When they go lower, the stocks going lower IMO, and it doesn't matter to them as it is toxic debt and they convert at a discount and make money regardless of whether they trash the market or not. IMO of course.
Why are the toxic debts not disclosed is the question I have. Who makes up the fresh paper that is willing to sell deep red? What are the terms? Everyone sees the O/S going up. Where's the disclosure?
Once sub-penny, they are done and have to reverse split, not far off. Mark my words.
