Looks like the company is wrapping things up for a buyout/sale. Drug trials are coming to an end. Only thing left is assessing the value of the portfolio.

Kevetrin phase 2a went only far enough to show Kevetrin modulating p53 as big pharma requested and stopped abruptly. Exploring feasibility of oral tablet -value option.

Brilacidin
ABX small company sees no way ahead on their own with two large and expensive phase 3 trials.
IBD: the secretive trial.
OM: Buyer needs to hear what the FDA has to say here.

Prurisol: waiting for results.

Ever since Brilacidin the company always has several active trials running at the same time.

Dr. Menon appears to be going in to retirement and Leo may want to start 8K'ing all his remaining PR's.

We lost our floor at 0.64 cents because some investors realized after prurisol results and with no other ongoing trials there will be no catalyst moving forward nothing to keep the company afloat. I think they are going to sell the company so it does not matter.

We are assessing value and wrapping up for a sale---IMO
