Yup, it certainly is, but what you may not know is that less than a month ago there was a reverse split that was 1 share for every 100, and the pre-split price was .023; so exactly what it closed at today. There was a time post-split that it went to or a bit over $3.00 but has mostly hovered around what it is today...no need to feel too bad, that is until the fins come out and shows a significant amount of income. Then things will change quite quickly.
