Florida (Uptick Newswire – February 19, 2018) – Grand Capital Ventures Inc. (OTC PINK: GRCV) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Hollywood Film & Entertainment company, Empire Media Entertainment Group Inc as a wholly owned subsidiary. Pursuant to the terms of the acquisition, Empire Media Entertainment Group Inc will retain control and ownership of its film and entertainment assets, while exchanging its private stock for Grand Capital Ventures Inc’s public stock. Empire Media Entertainment Group Inc was a company borne out of the success of the domestic release of the movie MARSHALL. Jonathan Sanger, an officer and director of the company is the producer behind such notable films as Vanilla Sky, Elephant Man, and most recently MARSHALL.
