Only one from what I can see there won't be more shares issued. The new investor / lender St George Capitol has 300 million shares on reserve as security for there note. As long as the company complies with payment terms these shares will not be issued. However they are not available to anyone else. That is why I expect a proxy to be issued for shareholders to vote on an increase of authorized shares. I feel the proxy will have all the pending deals in it to motivate shareholders to vote for then AS increase. 10k is do Monday so probably after that.
