Holbrook Basin Helium Development appears strong. According to 4/6/2018 AZ OGCC public hearing notes AEP(PetroSun) has 1 shut in well, 17-1, and has requested shut in status for 16-1. Addtionally, Ranger has requested shut in approval on 2 wells, 33-3 PD and 34-3 PD. According to AZ Admin Code R12-7-101, a Shut in well means a well that is capable of production in paying quantities, is completed as a producing well, and is presently not being operated. Sounds like there are 4 good wells in the Holbrook Basin and more drilling is planned.
