Are there certain characteristics of tickers that may benefit most?

000s, 00s, 01s,

Low floaters.

Low floaters that have been quiet and are in trips?

Will 000s plays still be able to come back to life out of nowhere for mergers, etc?

Trying to wrap my head around, sorry if dumb questions.

I've gathered that dilution may decrease dramatically and liquidity will be affected. Which could be good or bad depending on circumstances.
