That’s an understatement. We almost did that without the 10K with shares still being held up. Did you see what just one of the acquisitions were? Primewater which generates $900,000,000/yr

It was a letter of intent pr. It’s owned by Milost Global which the founder of this company owns so consider it a done deal.
