Thinking so. Almost missed the filing / news from today. I'm not seeing any of the recent news show up on my trading platform, E-Trade account or I-Hub. I had to go to the OTC Markets to see today's news and was floored by all their recent filings / goings-on.

That said, look for specifics on their 'un-named creditor that has agreed to a note for preferreds' swap...that should be hitting next week.
