Besides a short term chance to dump more shares . How does this bill help hmpq . If you believe the fluff they have all the hemp they need . And CBD prices are at a premium. So make it legal in 50 states just pretty much killed their market . And Maine is the last place you want to be for real growing . If the cbd market is that hot . They don't stand a chance when real corporations step in . They will be crushed . Then throw in 6 billion shares on top of it .
