You do know they HAVE to wipe you out, right?
Simple math makes it an absolute requirement.

How many shares are they authorized to issue on Fan Pass? Wasn't it 400M?
And how many shares are outstanding here?

It's going to be a MINIMUM of a 10-for-1, and likely much more.
There is simply no other way around it!
