I tend to agree, however, if there is enough invested (toxically or not) it benefits the lender to keep the lights on to hopefully recoup money, which means, they'll want to move it to a penny. Trick is going to be how to find out which will survive and which won't. Might end up being the ones with the most toxic debt stick around...should be interesting.
