anyone keeping up with current events in pennyland knows that firms can't take in shares from toxic debt funds any more until the stocks are over a penny. Today was the last day for them to sell then new rules kick in tomorrow. pretty obvious when a T trade hits up at 3:30 and the stock trades 55M shares in the last hour of the day
