If I was a Producer or anyone else servicing contracting with a OTC stock I would request a NDA as I wouldn't want to be hounded by the Tin Foil Hat Crowd that think hounding someone is Due Diligence rather than doing real DD such as looking at not just PR's but filings as well

I have been in the OTC for 20 years and RSII is as clean as they come

Ignore The Noise! Do Your Own DD Usually Intro Sections Are Full Of DD Stickies as many post as possible. Outside websites such as OTCShortReport, OTCMarkets for DD.
