The call I had today basically has Alpine really encouraging all subpenny stocks to do a r/s to get above a penny. It is terrible strategy what they did but its how they want to play the game. When I asked Mr. Umbra if he ws going to go along with the recommended program he said NO. Said he didnt need to. Just one more reason I believe hes already in process with a merger.
