Hes already said hes held back news and that they would be releasing it over the next 90 days. Why do you think he would do that? to support a conversion via a merger maybe? Hes not stupid, hes calculating. As for trusting him you should ask around; I have yet to run into one single person that actually knows him or has worked/served with him that doesnt describe the man as a boy scout! You should hear how folks talk about him. They love the man. Hell my lawyer went from thinking he was part of the past management and wanting to sue him to inviting him down to securities conference last year! They spent 2 days together and now Mr. Umbra walks on water with my attorney!
