How are you going to replace the guy who started the company, runs the company, has all the relationships that support the company, helped design a lot of its technology and is the one with the security clearances and network to bring contracts? That would be very foolish and suicidal. The man leaves and this company is over! I say we give him until the end of the year before we call for his "impeachment".
