This is simply a disclosure statement and is used by every coporation listed on the exchanges. Never and I repeat NEVER does it show intent to dilute, intent to register new shares or intent to sell shares. It simply is a disclosure that a public company has the legal rights to do so.


I hope this was helpfull in understanding the statement in their Perspectus. Also is this from the date of incorporation? You most commonly see this prior to a company going public.

Just an FYI if this is what you are expecting is a disclosure of dilution and share sale than, SO DOES EVER TICKER LISTED ON THE EXCHANGE.

They all have legal disclosure for protection.
