Going to be a fun ride for sure! I am hoping this will also weed out a lot of OTC scams. No one is going to finance these scams anymore when they cant dump at will to recoup their investment at our expense. I suspect a lot more legit companies will under go the scrutiny of the Reg A now. It will also help validate the legitimacy of companies for investors.
