yep....remember, there's more to this than just an announcement. In addition, if you want to go by the rules...they could sign the agreement on the 15 th and have 72 hours to announce it....just guessing this is their strategy...We'll see...

Just LOVE that today is the last day for BMIC here and for that matter...in several other highly dilutive stocks.

We're entering a new stage of trading for these type of "wild west" securities without the constant icebergs and dilution...
