that's absurd. there's no way. we met with the HERB people many times and they're impossible. the "assets" afraid real but you can't get a 90% owner to do anything with a VIE structure that's now in place. there already dark. the OTC scam SIAF is without assets of their own. the HERB guys have assets but they're in a VIE that's 90% government controlled and they're DARK so it's the blind leading the blind. we know WAAAAY too much about both "companies" and it's pointless.
