Could TXCCQ Rise from the Ashes and the shell be bought??

As many of you can see, volume of TXCCQ is picking up and I personally believe someone behind the scenes is getting ready to buy this company (shell of it at least) and start a new direction.

More DD still needs to be done, but I know the company had filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy back in November of 2013 and the company has been idle ever since.

There has to be something to what is happening?? I know OS is still at 46.6 million, so someone could be grabbing shares to gain control of the common stock, which could be done rather easily in small chunks, but why would they do that to a company that has no news and is just here???

Maybe going back and looking at all the court cases and numbers will show something, some assets...something???
