As we didn't hear specifics about Q1, we did hear Q2 and the year should be profitable.

Well at least we can hope this time management is not taking contracts that lose money (being lying criminal scumbags like Nelson and friends) while telling shareholders this.

Nelson really worked over his shareholders. While they were singing his praises he was lying to them and taking their money. He must just laugh to himself every time he got some sycophantic email from one of his followers.

He also either:

1. Lied to Chuck about the situation the company was in.
2. Chuck lied to shareholders.

I think it's number one. But Nelson is probably trying to play dumb and blame others now.
