Most people, including many on this board, don't actually understand the fact that to be successful as a Chinese enterprise, you MUST have government backing. There is just no way around it in China.

ZJMY has government backing (they always did)...it was essentially a Chinese govt project through Tsinghua University, if you recall.

Mr. Wang Dequn has govt backing. Not everybody in China gets to go to and speak at a Cross-Border Trade forum where Jack Ma also spoke, among other leaders.

Just one thing to keep in mind, this stock is still listed on the OTC. There is a reason they have not released the financials yet....
