you guys need to take off your rose colored glasses , how can you say it is a good thing when Randall is selling prhl to his friend? richard rappaport from westpark capital when richard has 3 sanctions and 2 complaints pending and the company has 9 sanctions????AOTS owns nothing leases NOTHING has NO revenu,NO sales and absolutely no way ,other then shares of a company worth ZERO to transact this deal ,. what it is though is leverage for the banking end of this and Randall and richard both will benefit,but not the shareholders. we will see "class action" on this deal before we see a return on investment. richard has a past almost like randalls except he doesnt have a cease and refrain order against him by california. but his 9 sanctions are done under the company. cant wait for the 10k. then let the music start again!!!!we wont see .11 so dont think your "shorters" are going to get burned anytime soon. we havent seen .11 in 3 years and we are in a downward slide
