I do believe (IMHO) that these huge 25,000,000+/- trades are actually Dilution (I know PR loves to hear this), based on the assumption that if there is going to be a sale of USMJ they may need cash to settle a few things as part of the deal (or just a last minute cash grab). It matters not to them if they have 13.7mm O/S or 15.5mm O/S at time of sale. I am guessing that some one wants the Americanna Cafe business and the North American Cannabis name only. The rest will be transferred to PURA which may become a Holding company now. I image the deal will be about a wash for current holders of USMJ, not a windfall as many buyouts are (hope I am wrong). PURA will benefit greatly (IMHO) with all other assets and current deals switching to them and their much reduced O/S position <500,000,000.
