The point is the commodity is in the ground and if the numbers make sense it should be possible to get a loan or investor funding. It may also be the case that FLPC partners with someone as you suggest. the possibilities are there and any number of things could make this happen. As a shareholder all I need is for the stock price to go up and I believe this will happen. As a practical matter I believe that mining could resume and the SP could go way way up but that is just my speculation. Buy low, sell into the SP rise and hold some for a swing for the fences is my strategy.
