Actually, as of February 9, 2018, the registrant had 208,861,265 Common Shares outstanding.

Add the 31,744,959 from the S-3, and the shares outstanding is up to 240,606,227.

They also have no limit on the amount of shares they can issue, which is a bit interesting. I've not encountered a company with an unlimited amount of shares they could issue. I'm not suggesting anything, it's just interesting.

Rule #1 is never lose money.
