Huge News first of next week per CEO: REG A Filing Update: We are required to add in 1st Qtr financials, which will be filed on OTC this week, and the Reg A anticipated to be filed first of next week upon final legal approval. Carden Capital to invest up to $16 million in a Regulation A + offering.
