WRFX..... From the CEO yesterday:

REG A Filing Update: We are required to add in 1st Qtr financials, which will be filed on OTC this week, and the Reg A anticipated to be filed first of next week upon final legal approval.

By the way the Reg A is worth $16 Million dollars... WOW
