Countless red flags were presented to shareholders 8 years ago.

Just the basics at any given time have been full of red flags. Anybody taking a look at this company should have noticed those. Huge book value vs. the shabby, fake and quiet looking locations + no money. Then you add dilution, CEO, corporate structure, millions of fertilizer inventory etc. So obviously not true what they write in the reports and books.

Then you have the basics correct: Chinese company that is not truthful, assets not real, have no money and seems to have no business. And they dilute. This is a no brainer: do not invest!
