Doctor Jimmy Wayne Anderson with UNGS announced a deal for UNGS to acquire the Series A Preferred Share of AMHD:

After the Preferred Share Deal Ole Doc Anderson
filed a record 22 filings over thanksgiving weekend and got AMHD current. it ran 500% then new management announced a R/S and caused it to re-trace. After the R/S. it dropped a few days to the .05 range. it's now trading 6 to 7 times that.
It is one of very few companies that ACTUALLY PROSPERED FROM A REVERSE SPLIT. After Doctor Jimmy Wayne Anderson got them current. IT IS NOW TRADING 3 to 4 TIMES HIGHER THAN POST SPLIT of .10
