That equates to a market cap of $ 52,668,111 (at today's share price), more than the $35,000,000 that is needed for continued listing on the NASDAQ. NVCN also received $7.1 Million in proceeds for the exercise of warrants to date which will likely fund NVCN well into the 1st quarter 2019.
