Another thought.

Regarding the lack of filings for BTZO and GERS.

Some have said CC is the one advising KK.

My thoughts now that I read how the infringing companies are boo-hooing about legal costs is that the less information they have about GERS finances the better it is for GERS.

Sorta like a divorce where one of the parties try to hide the stash of diamonds or a sports car.

If this is somewhat in the neighborhood of possibility as to lack of filings then it will probably stay that way until after the court decides on the legal cost structure which I believe is in June?

So then maybe GERS will start filing in July. Along with BTZO.
