This is the first I've heard about that new reg. Interesting. Well I'm as far from a financial advisor as you get. I'm more of a novice gambler here and I'm putting a good chunk of dough into FNRC but all-in on a trip otc??? No way bro!!! As much as I would love to see the pps go up, I would hate to see anyone lose it all, or half for that matter should you buy 2s and have to sell for 1s. Good luck
