"Final rejection is final rejection "

A Final Rejection means anything but final!

It pretty much mean "Final Free Rejection"...

I have had MANY Final Rejections that turned into patents...

I haven't read the rejection but I will if there is time!

"“Final” is a misnomer, however, because a final rejection does not mean that prosecution of the patent application is over."
