This board is about the technology and industry that EPGL Med currently resides in. Wether or not somebody believes the company is real or if ithe company that is absorbing it will become operational once it leaves the public markets is irrelevant to the mission of this board. That type of discussion is for the company's main ihub board. If the company whom is absorbing EPGL fails to materialize, then the company will not be featured on this board. For now, there is no evidence that it won't materialize. Only evidence saying it will.
