The SEC commissioners have ZERO to do with Form 10 reviews.

Even if NEWC files a new Form 10 (which is unlikely), the chances of them getting it past the SEC, and then a 15c2-11 approved by FINRA, is very low due to their horrible regulatory history. Including abandoning and ignoring the SEC reviewers on their most recent Form 10 filing.

The SEC does not like that kind of behavior and will punish NEWC for it.
