I doubt very much that was dilution. It looks like everyone panicked that was holding stock because of the Alpine issue. Apparently there was a conference call today where they informed all the broker dealers that they would not clear anything under a penny because they would be required to cover the difference of any sub penny price up to one penny so if your stock trades at 0.004 the Alpine would have to put up 0.006 in collateral until trade was settled. That gets very expensive and they cant afford to do it apparently
