***ABATTIS MEETING FINAL UPDATE**

Here Are The Questions & Answers??

??????QUESTION 1??????

1) Regarding our recent acquisition of Gabriola Green Farms announced 2/27/18 – We would like confirmation of what stage in the applications process Gabriola is at. Our news release dated 2/20/18 indicates that Gabriola may already be producing approximately 2,000 kgs currently,

“Gabriola is a privately held British Columbia company that has applied for a licence to produce under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) on Gabriola Island, one of the Gulf Islands located in the Strait of Georgia off the coast of British Columbia. Gabriola Island has a consistent temperature and humidity level, which makes it well suited to greenhouse growing. Gabriola's current facility has a production capacity of approximately 2,000 kilograms.”

It is common for Management to update its shareholders as they move through the ACMPR LP application process recently updated May 25, 2017,

Effective May 25, 2017, the application process for becoming a licensed producer of cannabis for medical purposes is as follows:
1. Intake and Initial Screening
2. Detailed Review and Initiation of Security Clearance Process
3. Issuance of Licence to Produce
4. Introductory Inspection (as cultivation begins)
5. Pre-Sales Inspection
6. Issuance of Licence to Sell

Can you kindly advise what stages in the application process have been achieved to date?

??????ANSWER TO QUESTION 1??????
1. The application is for 2000kg can't comment beyond what's already out there in the news. But should get an update in the near future

The size of the application was very specific - Small so that they can try to get a faster approval - I am sure many of us have heard about these Micro (2000 kgs max.). LP applications? Then if it makes sense to invest additionally and expand - They already have LP status and it should therefore be a smoother process - They intend to extract and fill the GTT Vapes - as we would have expected - Expecting to "break ground" next month so there should be an update coming - Also we asked if part of their DD involved understanding if there were currently any other LP applications from Gabriola Island - They understand there are not.

??????QUESTION 2??????

2) Green Tree Therapeutics – Our Investors are excited by the promise of the GTT acquisition. In our Company news release dated, 2/27/18 Rob confirmed GTT generates existing top line revenue,

“The definitive agreement comes following a series of rapid acquisitions, capital raises, investments and joint ventures for the company, which include the acquisition of a cash-flowing vaporizer company, investment into a cutting-edge blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, and several collaborations with respected organizations, including the University of British Columbia.”

With the understanding that March 31st 2018 represented the end of fiscal 2018 Q2 – When can investors expect to see GTT’s top line revenue recognized in Abattis’ Quarterly reporting?

??????ANSWER TO QUESTION 2??????
2. And yes! Green tree revenue will hit our next quarters Financials I'm informed. So that's awesome

We got specific here - GTT rev hits our books on the next Q reporting (1st 6 months of Fiscal Yr). We have asked for either clarification from Mgmt. Or that a note be added to said Financials so that Shareholders can have a better line of sight on what GTT will/can add in future Quarterly reporting - They agreed - For instance - whatever they report - does it represent 1 months sales? 2 or 3? It was mentioned several times that this acquisition was also specific to the fact that it was already a revenue generating business.

??????QUESTION 3??????

3) Last but not Least – Our Investors are eager for an update on our extraction business efforts and management of our North American and European rights to Raybot. Despite our understanding of the competitive advantages Raybot provides Management has not been successful in securing any contractual agreements for the use of this technology.

From our 12/12/17 news release,

"We believe the implementation of this extraction technology has the ability to give Abattis a competitive advantage in the extraction industry. It is our intention to position the extraction technology with the largest producers and oil manufacturers in North America to provide the market with the highest quality distillate and isolates, at the lowest cost. We feel the evolution of the industry will lead to the commoditization of marijuana and hemp, at which point downstream services such as extraction will become the primary focus of the industry as companies compete to create thousands of new products based on the numerous derivatives," added Mr. Abenante.”

??????ANSWER TO QUESTION 3??????
3. We should be seeing more press on extraction tech within the next few weeks hopefully. Rob is in China right now. And that's where the tech comes from.

There was a comment made here regarding extraction/NVLs and Emerald - We were joined on the call by Mari Leung She stated that we are needing to be particular about the extractions and the Pens - specifically ensuring the extractions going into the Pens are Abattis extractions.

??????QUESTION 4??????

Is Management pursuing the Industrial Hemp business model? I.e., Are we endeavouring to partner with a Hemp cultivator in efforts to product CBD Oil from Industrial Hemp? Additionally there have been numerous news releases from the company stating our intentions to provide Hemp based CBDs – Where is the biomass for Hemp based CBDs coming from?

Abattis and Emerald to provide hemp extract for beer
2018-01-22 11:43 ET - News Release

Mr. Robert Abenante of Abattis reports
ABATTIS PARTNERS WITH VANCOUVER-BASED CRAFT BREWER TO DEVELOP HEMP-INFUSED, CANNABINOID-RICH, THC-FREE CRAFT BEER

??????ANSWER TO QUESTION 4??????
4. We can't comment on potential projects we may or may not be looking at in the hemp space. But yes, it would make sense to be seeking a source there for CBDs going forward.

We threw an additional question at them as well - We asked them to provide an update on the Jaingsu Agreement - You can look this NR up on Sedar from August 10, 2016 - Mgmt. Referenced this agreement in our most recent FS and MD&A - To say the least - They were completely thrown - Almost lost for words quite frankly - Look up the NR - we can speculate all we want - But it stated, "The key benefitis mainly access to our own distribution personnel in China". Rob and Rene have been in China for Two Weeks?

Thank you everyone for your patience! Please let us know what you think?
