Really? So BLTA dba USGL *NEVER ONCE* registered the name of the company with the NY SOS..the state where they took up offices to start globally recognized, top notch, widebody service to Europe just a few months after their May 12, 2017 dog and pony show? Gee whiz - what a simple mistake. Surely that genius didn't miss that small formality of registering your company name with the state in which the business is operating. Say it ain't so!? I'm shocked..SHOCKED I tell ya.

All we really have is a web site with branding that a 5th grader could have made. Heck, maybe someone's kid did make it for them.

The name USGlobal Airways will again be available at the NYSOS on 4/16. The speculator that currently owns the rights has decided that the rights are worthless. Tony can own them by paying the NYSOS $20.
